The fix, step by step
Day 0: text within a minute, call within five
The first conversation sets the tone. Offer two specific consult times.
Day 1: call in the morning, text in the afternoon
Different times reach different people.
Day 3: text a real patient result
A before-and-after or a short quote. Shows what's possible without pushing.
Day 5: call
Ask if they have questions about cost or timing.
Day 7: send a last text that makes it easy to say no
People reply to this one more than you'd expect.
Answer the cost question directly
Give a range and the monthly option. Dodging it loses trust.
Templates you can use today

Day 3, patient result
Hi [name], here's a patient who started with a similar concern. [photo or quote] Happy to show you what yours could look like.
The cost question
Most of our Invisalign patients pay between [range], and many choose a monthly plan around [monthly amount]. The consult is free, and you'll get your exact price there.
Day 7, last text
Hi [name], I don't want to keep bugging you. Should I close your file for now, or are you still thinking about straightening your teeth?
Only text patients who agreed to receive texts from your clinic, and include a way to opt out.
How to measure it
Booked rate = consults booked ÷ aligner leads. If you don't know your lead count, start with the tracking page.
