The fix, step by step

  1. Show a monthly payment in the ad

Patients who can't afford it stop there, not in your chair.

  2. Add one question to the form

"When would you like to start?" filters out people who tapped by accident.

  3. Show real results before the form

Patient photos and a short quote on the landing page, above the form.

  4. Reactivate past consults first

Patients who had a consult in the last 12 months and didn't start are your cheapest leads.

  5. Time your budget

Push new-patient campaigns October to January, and aligners and other high-ticket treatment the rest of the year.

Reactivation text

Hi [name], it's [person] at [clinic]. You came in about straightening your teeth a while back. Is that still something you'd like to do?

Form question

When would you like to start? This month / In the next 3 months / Just researching

Only text patients who agreed to receive texts from your clinic, and include a way to opt out.

How to measure it

Cost per booked consult = ad spend ÷ consults booked. Cost per start = ad spend ÷ treatment starts. Ask for both every month.
